Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Trip Planner (the "Service"), available at ai-trip-planner.com. The Service is operated from North Macedonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Trip Planner uses artificial intelligence to suggest places to visit and to generate day-by-day travel itineraries based on the preferences you provide (such as destination, dates, and interests). The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. You sign in using your email address (via a one-time "magic link"). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information when registering.
3. Plan credits
New accounts include a limited number of free plan credits. Each itinerary you generate consumes one credit. We may change the number of included credits, introduce paid credits, or adjust limits at any time. Credits have no monetary value and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Payments
Plan credits are a digital product. Prices are shown in euros (€) on our pricing page and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, which handles billing, tax collection, and payment-card data under its own terms — we never receive your full card details. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment. Purchases are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer
Itineraries, place suggestions, opening details, prices, routes, and other information are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not guarantee that any place exists, is open, is safe, is accessible, or is suitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all details — including travel requirements, bookings, costs, and local conditions — before relying on them or travelling. Do not rely on the Service for decisions where an error could cause harm or loss.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use automated means to access the Service or generate excessive requests;
- submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates any law.
7. Third-party services
The Service links to and relies on third parties — for example Google Maps for directions, and providers of experiences or tickets. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or terms. Any bookings or transactions you make with a third party are solely between you and that third party.
Links to GetYourGuide for tours and tickets, and the travel services an itinerary offers through Travelpayouts (Kiwi.com, Yesim, EKTA, Kiwitaxi, Tiqets, Localrent, BikesBooking, Radical Storage and AirHelp), are affiliate links. When you book through one, we may earn a commission from that partner. It costs you nothing extra and does not change which places your itinerary or our stories suggest.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own trip planning. Itineraries generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial travel planning.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, travel disruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including certain rights you may have as a consumer.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor, for example if the Service is transferred. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
