Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our refund position for plan credits purchased on AI Trip Planner (ai-trip-planner.com). Payments are handled by our authorised reseller, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.

1. What you're buying

AI Trip Planner sells plan credits — a digital product. Each credit lets you generate one AI travel itinerary. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment and do not expire.

2. All sales are final

Because credits are digital content that we make available to you instantly, purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you therefore lose any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply. Please buy the credit pack that suits your needs — we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for credits you have already used.

3. Exceptions (where we will refund)

We will, of course, put things right where the law requires or where the fault is ours — for example:

• you were charged but the credits were not added to your account;
• you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from receiving the service you paid for;
• any case where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Billing handled by Paddle

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle processes payments and any refunds, and applies its own buyer terms. Paddle may also review payment disputes and chargebacks independently. Where a refund is issued, it is returned to your original payment method and processing times depend on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).

5. How to raise an issue

If you think one of the exceptions above applies, email contact@ai-trip-planner.com with the email address used for your account and your Paddle order or receipt number. We'll look into it promptly.
